Shipping Policy:
Due to the high volume of orders, please allow at most 5 to 10 business days before receiving the item. For your convenience & safety, we use overnight shipping service and depending on the value of the shipment, we may require signature upon delivery. Shipping charges for all orders will be added to your purchase.
Return Policy:
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 15 days of its delivery for any equal or higher value item(s). Returns have to meet the following criteria:

Returns must include the original packing slip or invoice along with the return authorization number. Please keep a copy for your records.
The item(s) must be in original condition and in the original box. Any items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage are not returnable.
Please wrap the package securely in a box and insure it for the full invoice value of the item(s), as we are not liable for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to us. Lastly, please request a receipt signature for your shipment.
